A choice of two different stones in these earrings but the same style and both choices are on sterling silver wire for the round ear fitting (which is soldered) and the hanging of the stones. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHICH pair you would LIKE!! The first is a faceted aquamarine with a little golden bronze nugget bead below followed by a square faceted golden pyrite. The second choice is a faceted blue iolite with a sterling silver nugget bead and then a faceted square black spinel.
The aquamarine/bronze nugget bead/pyrite is fractionally longer at 4cm from the top of the hook fitting and 0.9cm wide, the drop from the bottom of the hook is 2.2cm (or one and five eighths of an inch in length from the top of the hook and half and inch wide and just under inch from the bottom of the hook). The Iolite and spinel pair are roughly 2mm shorter, so not a lot in it!
Aquamarine has properties of calming and reducing stress and quieting the mind and is the stone of courage and pyrite balances energy and is protective, it shields the user from negative energy and also can protect the wearer from environmental pollution and promotes good health and well being.
Iolite can stimulate memory and open intuition, enhance creativity, it also gives physical protection against sickness! Spinel grants strength to the wearer and increases powers of self healing. All useful!!
