Mismatching Circle/Hoop Silver Earrings

£36.00
Fine silver, sterling silver
4.2cm long x 2.6cm wide

A fun pair of fine silver mismatching earrings, both circular or hoop with holes in the middle but the patterns are reversed, one is embossed and the other the reverse! Made from fine silver metal clay (apart from the fittings which are sterling silver), which is 999 percent silver rather than sterling's 925 percent, so purer, if you don't know about metal clay, it is solid metal once it has been fired but it starts it's life in clay form of 90 percent very fine silver particles with 10 percent clay binder and it can be sculpted, patterned and all sorts, then it is dried and finally fired whereupon the clay binder burns away and the silver particles fuse together to form a solid piece of silver, very clever stuff first created by the Japanese and now produced all over the place in silver, gold, bronze, copper etc..The length of the earrings approximately is 4.2cm and the width 2.6cm and the drop length from the bottom of the hook is 2.5cm in inches that is one and five eighths long, one inch wide and the drop length from the bottom of the hook is just under an inch. A fun and easy and light to wear eye-catching pair of earrings. If you would rather have a matching pair just let me know whether you'd rather have the pattern that sticks out (which is the earring that looks less patterned but isn't really!) or the reverse and I am happy to make a pair, please note I will need an extra 3 to 4 days to do this! Please note because these are made and cut by hand there will be slight variations from pair to pair. These earrings are made from Art Clay silver which uses recycled silver in the process of making it, so it is not being mined, more eco friendly!
